Delete Your Account
Delete from inside the app
The fastest way to delete your account is in the app itself:
- Open Squad
- Go to Settings → Account
- Tap Delete Account and confirm
Deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no recovery period.
Delete by email
If you can no longer access the app, email alexandrosmagdalinidis@gmail.com from the address associated with your Google or Apple sign-in, with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete the account and confirm by reply within 30 days.
Delete specific data without deleting your account
You do not have to delete your whole account to remove data. You can delete individual items and keep the account:
- Saved AI topics — open any game (for example Trivia), find the topic in the AI topics list, and tap Delete. The topic and its generated content are removed from our servers immediately.
- Bug reports — email alexandrosmagdalinidis@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data", telling us roughly when you sent the report. We will delete it and confirm by reply within 30 days.
- Player names, scores and settings — these are stored only on your device. Clear them any time from Settings, or by uninstalling the app. They are never sent to our servers.
Deleting individual data does not affect your account, your purchases, or anything else you have saved. Nothing is retained after one of these deletions beyond the shared AI cache described below, which is not linked to you and expires on its own within 60 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in identity (email address, display name, profile picture)
- Every AI topic you saved
- Your AI usage counters
- Any bug reports you submitted
What is kept
- Your purchases. Squad Pro, Squad Pro+, and content bundles are tied to your Apple or Google account, not to your Squad account. Deleting your Squad account does not cancel a subscription and does not refund a purchase. To cancel a subscription, use Subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play settings.
- Shared AI content. Generated game content is cached for up to 60 days in a shared pool that is not linked to any user, and it expires on its own.
- Records we are required to keep for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes, where applicable law requires it.
Data stored on your device
Player names, scores, language, and settings are stored only on your device and are never sent to our servers. Uninstalling the app removes them.
